Marc obtained his LLB degree at the University of London with honours and thereafter qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1999.  Since qualification, Marc has focused on non-contentious corporate and commercial law, particularly within the leisure, hospitality, sport, media and entertainment sectors, having spent several years with Denton Wilde Sapte (Hospitality and Leisure leader) and previously Howard Kennedy.  

Marc’s clients are entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and family offices (including certain members of Middle Eastern ruling families), all of whom place paramount importance on compatibility, personal rapport, trust, confidentiality, loyalty, cost effectiveness and practical solutions.  Professionally, Marc has advised on a substantial number of Leisure, Hospitality and Entertainment projects, particularly across the Middle East and Africa. 

Marc has in the past represented the UK in the preparation of Template International Joint Venture Contracts for the United Nations International Trade Centre and has served as a principal member of the drafting committee for the Dubai Timeshare Directive for the Government of Dubai.  

Marc is fluent in the Arabic and French languages and is designated as Member with the Institute of Hospitality.
